The space: Casa Chaca is a three bedroom single home with its own ( splash ) pool, master bedroom and second bedroom both have king size beds and the third bedroom has a queen sized bed. All rooms have a separate controlled access and en-suite bathrooms. All rooms are separate and have private entrance and lock. Lower floor bedrooms have an acess to outdoor private space, where you have a small table and chair should you like to enjoy time in private. Master bedroom has a very large outdoor area with a sofa and a table as well. 

Case Chaca has a fully equipped kitchen available for use and there is off street parking available for two cars and plenty street parking as well.

All living room area space is sunny and overlooking the pool. One of the nicest features is that you can open up all the windows towards the back yard that gives this property such a charm. Listen to the water fall as you relax in your living room, have the living room space be almost outdoor area.
