ARTHOUSE RESIDENCY

Located in the eco-friendly gated development of Aldea Zama, Arthouse primary building houses 9 uniquely designed apartments, each with its own outdoor lavish swimming pool. THE SPACE

Upon entering the building, guests are greeted by calligraphic print couch and soft toned circular ceramic table facing the bronze wired railed wooden staircase. The contrast of the grey rough wall against the smooth polished ceramic floor, enhances the blend of the natural crafted environment of curves and linear cuts.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms. The master suite features superior blue linen on a queen sized bed with soft ruby and amber detailed pillows. Facing the bed, is a long elegant wooden desk and a flat TV screen. This room comes with an ensuite bathroom featuring bronze details against ceramic pearl white marble, a large rainwater shower and fine towels. The second bedroom has two comfortable twin beds, a large wardrobe and an authentic carved wooden stool. Both rooms have large sliding glass doors with elegant golden beige curtains opening up onto the balcony. On this floor there is also another bathroom for common share.

As you walk up the staircase, there is a large mirror reflecting onto the sunlit kitchen. Fully equipped with top appliances and a dining area, this room of rustic character set against a sharp modern tone provides a cozy spot for relaxing with a glass of wine while gazing out of the grand balcony. The rectangular pool sits in line with the tree-top jungle perfect for enjoying the fresh breeze and warm Mexican sunlight.
