The decor of Arthouse PH 302 feature notes of Native American, Moroccan, Indian and African influences. Upon entering Aldea Zama, exclusivity surrounds you — a sense of privacy and luxury, and an escape from it all. The same feeling can be had in this space. Fully furnished dual-level home with durable, well-designed furniture, high-pile Moroccan rugs, handwoven tribal-print throw pillows, splashes of color throughout and old world chic Moroccan chandelier and lamps creates a unique vacation home. Standard luxury amenities include individually controlled air conditioning in each room, cooling fans, veneered hardwood flooring throughout, two-story open floor plan and a second-story lap pool that extends the entire width of the home.

Living, Lounging, Entertaining

The second story level is dedicated living, lounging and entertainment. Open concept flow, convenient two-piece powder room and access to the expansive balcony with luminous still water lap pool that overlooks Aldea Zama. The four to six seat wooden dining table is the room’s centerpiece, while the corridor style-kitchen anchors the dining, sofa and television area.

Resting Let us 

The first level is calm, quiet resting and relaxation space. The separation from the upper entertainment and living area allows multiple activities to take place at one time without disturbing a late morning slept in, or an early evening of quiet book reading, or sleeping. Bedroom one comfortably acommodates two people on its single beds, while the master suite features plush white linens on the master’s queen bed, accented with splashes colorful throw pillows, nightstand accouterments and a sitting/wardrobe area. The full three-piece en suite is steps away, for a cool rainwater shower.
